Rebel Wilson called Sacha Baron Cohen “an a**hole” for reportedly trying to thwart the publication of her biography, but Sacha responded angrily. Rebel Wilson made headlines earlier today with her allegations, which she had alluded to previously without identifying the “a***hole” she was speaking of. In the 2016 comedy The Brothers Grimsby, the two appeared together on film.

“That Man Was An Enormous A**hole,” Says Rebel Wilson

To correct any misinformation, a spokesman for Baron Cohen contacted The Hollywood Reporter: “While we appreciate the importance of speaking out, these demonstrably false claims are directly contradicted by extensive detailed evidence, including contemporaneous documents, film footage, and eyewitness accounts from those present before, during, and after the production of The Brothers Grimsby.” The Pitch Perfect star talked about her “no a hole” policy after having a particularly awful encounter with a person she called a “massive a-hole.”

“When I first came to Hollywood, people were like, yeah, ‘I have a no a**hole policy, [it] means like, yeah, I don’t work with a**holes,'” she stated in an Instagram story that was shared on March 15. “But then it sunk in [what they, the older people in the industry, meant] because I worked with a massive a**hole and yeah, now I have a no a**holes policy.” “Chapter 23 is the one about said a**hole. That man was an enormous a**hole.”
