Though the federal government of the United States of America has provided so many rounds of stimulus check federal aid payments to the people, the demand for more is still on. The past six months were full of protests and debates on the next round of the payments. It came from both the normal citizens of the country as well the lawmakers. However, despite the demands, the federal government has still not provided any official statement on whether they will be providing the stimulus checks or not.
Stimulus Check Or Something Else?
There is a lot of pressure on Joe Biden, the President of the country belonging to the Democratic Party, in order to make the stimulus check federal aid payments an automatic one. The people have made it clear that they want their money to directly get deposited into their bank accounts. A few months before, a total of 26 lawmakers belonging to the Democratic Party sent two letters. It was directed to the White House. It demanded the authorities provide automatic stimulus check financial aid payments to the eligible people of the country.
Even after this, there was no statement provided from the side of the President on the matter. It seems like he is much more interested in the American Jobs Plan. The said plan got approval on the floor of the US Senate, however, the same did not happen on the floor of the House of Representatives. They are demanding for the senators to introduce one of the reconciliation bills. The administration of the President is looking forward to introducing the American Families Plan focusing on the betterment of the households. And simultaneously, the demand for another round of payments is still on in the country.
