The video portrays the President of the United States, Joe Biden signing a fourth stimulus order. Biden is seen signing what appears to be an executive order.

Later on, Biden says that this was the confirmation of the fourth stimulus payment for the citizens. He elaborated that these will be direct deposits and will be sent directly to the bank accounts. 

Most of the residents were fooled into believing that the video was true. Unfortunately, it wasn’t. The viral clip was heavily edited.

One can make the difference of how poorly Biden’s voice has been impersonated. The IRS has been repeatedly asking the residents to be aware of such scams.
