The program is called Breathe, a guaranteed pilot program that provides a monthly payment of $1,000 for three years to facilitate financial stability for the eligible candidates of Los Angeles. By paying a certain amount per month to those enrolled in the program, it is paving the way to transform the quality of lives of the people. This particular program of Stimulus Check was effective in 2022, and therefore, has two more years to serve the populous.

The candidates applying for Stimulus Check must be between 21 and 23, and the former foster children in the custody of the Los Angeles County Department of Children and Family are also included in the scheme. The recipients must have a bank account to receive the allowance through debit cards.
Applications for this program began on March 31, 2022, and closed on April 13, 2022. The payment process was pretty fast as they issued the money in June 2022. It is also announced recently that it will include 200 more recipients, who are former foster children in this scheme. They will also receive the same amount of $1,000 for the next two years. The application portal opened on June 20 for the second time and continued till July 10.
