Colorado Issuing State Stimulus Check Tax Rebates
Governor of Colorado, Jared Polis, has shared that residents who get their state taxes filed by June 30 can see a tax rebate this summer.
Many are calling these checks the Colorado Cashback check.
There are some eligibility requirements that must be met in order to qualify.
First, you must be a full-time Colorado resident.
Upcoming deadline to apply for payments worth up to $1,500 in Colorado
Your tax return for 2021 must be filed by the deadline of June 30, 2022.
If you filed for an extension, you can have it filed by Oct. 17, 2022, to see the stimulus payment.
Those who file by the June deadline will see their payments this summer.
Those who file by October will not see theirs until January of 2023.
Those without taxable income are also able to file a return to get the stimulus rebate.
