It has been reported that quite a number of communities have already started issuing their own universal income programs that would assist low-income families by pushing in stimulus check payments. Close to hundreds of citizens in the state of Virginia could see a payment of $12,000 over a couple of years, which would come over installments of $500 per month.

This Monday will be marking the start of the program application period called ARISE, where a single random lottery would be used to choose around 170 individuals for this payment. The first check could be sent in the month of January next year, with the successful candidates receiving installments that total a sum of $500 for 24 months. There are absolutely no restrictions, so beneficiaries would have the full jurisdiction to utilize the payments in any way they deem fit.

It has also been reported that families in Coachella, California, have just a couple of weeks to submit their application for this stimulus check program which would see them earn a sum of $400 per month for around two years. In California, there are at least 140 low-income families that could be receiving financial aid thanks to a collaboration between the Coachella Immigrant Families Recovery Program and the Mission Asset Fund.

The state of Hawaii has also started issuing stimulus check rebates this summer that could be helping the citizens deal with the trauma of rising prices. Those taxpayers who did report an income under a sum of $100,000 were in line to receive a sum of $300 individually, with a single family of four individuals would be receiving a sum of $1,200.
