Which Places Are Giving Out Relief And Stimulus Checks?
Alaska
Through the Permanent Fund Dividend program, the government of Alaska has been giving citizens a portion of tax proceeds from oil extraction for the past 41 years. Each accepted candidate will get $3,284 stimulus checks this year.

Yes. Citizens of Alaska had until March 31 to submit their applications and to qualify, applicants had to be citizens of the place and not be detained for the whole of last year.
When would the money be transferred?
The cash deposit will be delivered on April 20 if the state adjusts your payment status to “Eligible-Not Paid” by April 12 after you’ve applied.
Maine
Residents of Maine will get $450 stimulus checks to assist with winter heating expenses. The recipients of the payments will total about 880,000 people. The state started disbursing aid in Jan and anticipates that all cheques will be cashed by March 31.

Massachusetts
A rebate of around 14% of the amount of state taxes owed is available to taxpayers. Refunds were given in December to those who submitted their 2021 returns by 17th October of the previous year. However, those who submit before September 15, 2023, will get their money a month after they do.
North Mexico
Stimulus checks refunds of around $500 for individuals filing alone and approx $1K for couples filing jointly are still available to in-state residents. To complete their financial return for taxes for the year 2021 and be eligible for a refund, citizens have until May 2023.
