Fans have now labeled Teddi Mellencamp a complete hypocrite who didn’t speak about their BFF, Kyle Richards, divorce from husband Mauricio Umansky. What stung the fans was her refusal to even discuss it on her podcast- ‘Two Ts In A Pod’.
On the Friday episode, the former star of Real Housewives of Beverly Hills went on to explain that there was no way she could bring herself to talk about something so personal about her friend on the podcast. She stated that she knew her fans were expecting her to talk about this interesting situation, but she had been pretty anxious about covering it as a whole. She also mentioned that she had received a whole host of messages and decided to go on vacation to introspect about this.
Teddi Mellencamp Wants To Respect Kyle Richards’ Privacy
Teddi Mellencamp hosts the podcast along with the star of The Real Housewives of Orange County, Tamra Judge. Both the hosts mentioned that they had done a Q&A for their podcast, and everyone had a lot of questions about her friend Kyle Richards. However, the reality star announced that she wouldn’t stoop so low as to discuss her best friend’s laundry out in the open- this was simply a line she would not be crossing.
Nevertheless, Teddi Mellencamp did say that everyone involved with the podcast concluded boundaries, wherein Mellencamp decided that this was her boundary and she wouldn’t be crossing it under any circumstance. But her fans weren’t impressed with her show of loyalty- as she had previously spoken about the divorces of several celebrities on the Real Housewives show. One critic stated that the loyalty was overstated- considering Mellencamp made her money gossiping about others.
