A range of new Apple products is on the verge of being announced. According to Bloomberg’s Mark Gurman, further insights were shared this evening regarding what to anticipate and when.
Mark Gurman indicates that Apple is likely to make an announcement tomorrow, Wednesday, February 12, 2025. My speculation leans towards the iPad 11 featuring Apple Intelligence, though an upgraded version of Siri with iOS 18.4 beta would also be quite exciting. Furthermore, Apple is anticipated to unveil the iPhone SE by next week.
In addition to everything else, there may soon be news for the Apple Vision Pro as well. This could potentially involve an upgrade to the Apple M5 chip. As of yet, Apple has not unveiled any products utilizing the M5 chip, so we will have to stay tuned.
The main advantage for the Apple Vision Pro, besides its pricing and weight, is its operation on Apple’s second-generation M-series processor, which currently does not support Apple Intelligence.
However, it’s conceivable that Apple could introduce Apple Intelligence to the existing Apple Vision Pro without any hardware refresh. The current hardware just celebrated its first anniversary in the United States, gradually arriving in various markets over the past year.
Another potential announcement could be related to PlayStation VR controller compatibility for the Vision Pro. Apple already accommodates PS5 controllers, and Gurman has mentioned plans for VR controller integration.
On top of that, there’s the anticipated but yet-to-be-released MacBook Air equipped with the M4 chip. Gurman expects Apple to release the fourth-generation Apple Silicon MacBook Air in the coming weeks. However, skipping the M4 chip entirely and jumping straight to the M5 would certainly be welcomed.

A new iPhone SE announcement is imminent and should occur by next week during the planned product briefings. Tomorrow will feature a minor announcement. Additionally, Apple Vision Pro representatives are reaching out to the press about an upcoming announcement for Friday. Expect the M4 MacBook Air to come within the next few weeks.
