The current geosphere has made it quite tough for teachers throughout the world- even with virtual learning. When the situation was at its absolute worst, teachers had to learn the entire process of virtual learning and had to procure different software- so that education could continue. With the fall in the number of cases, teachers are now being forced to go to their educational institutions and teach- even when the situation might not be feasible for them. And if this wasn’t enough- they are still getting hate en masse.

Teachers Are Facing Problems With Virtual Learning- Just Like Students

When the entire trope of virtual learning began, parents and guardians had to take time to be with their kids and supervise their education. And this goes without saying- it was troubling for everyone. But, some parents decided to take this frustration out on the teachers- believing that they had shut down schools simply because they wanted to get paid and be at home.

This should come as no surprise to anyone- virtual learning or virtual teaching is not easy. Even teachers had to revamp their entire schedule, and many had to learn how to go about it. It wasn’t as easy to simply log into a site and talk to people- they also had to make their classes interesting so that people would actually be hooked onto it. And for those teachers who had to go out of their houses because they had no other choice- they had to get hold of medical kits and make other preparations.

And if that isn’t all- the entire teaching community isn’t unified on virtual learning. Some want education to take place remotely, while some want it to be done in-person. While an entire third party wants it on a hybrid model. Since teachers all come from incredibly diverse places, it isn’t hard to realize that they would have their own experiences from which they are drawing.

In the end, all one can hope for is teachers to not get the brunt of something that is entirely beyond their control. Virtual learning is something that has been implemented on them- not something that they wanted to go through with on their own.
